Raisin-Walnut Oatmeal Maureen Moore

This recipe makes 6 servings at 650 calories per serving

500 g whole-grain oatmeal, 1870 cals 
425 g raisins (1 box), 1380 cals 
4 oz. walnuts (1/2 bag), 750 cals
many tablespoons of cinnamon

Bring everything to a boil with water in a very large pot and stir constantly until cooked through. If you use a ton of cinnamon, you won’t need to put any sugar in it when you serve it. Using 6 bowls, divide into 6 servings and put them in the freezer. Then just take one bowl out of the freezer at night to thaw and put it into the microwave each morning.
