500 g whole-grain oatmeal, 1870 cals
425 g raisins (1 box), 1380 cals
4 oz. walnuts (1/2 bag), 750 cals
many tablespoons of cinnamon
Bring everything to a boil with water in a very large pot and stir constantly until cooked through. If you use a ton of cinnamon, you won’t need to put any sugar in it when you serve it.
