Quiche Lorraine

1 package of puff pastry (from the frozen food section)
80 g of bacon in cubes (German bacon comes in a slab rather than sliced like in the U.S.)
150 g cooked ham
3 or 4 eggs
200 g whipping cream
150 g milk
salt, pepper, and nutmeg
150 g grated cheese

Arrange puff pastry in a greased baking pan. Arrange bacon and ham on top of this and pour a mixture of eggs, cream. milk, and seasonings on top of this. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of this. Cook for a half an hour at 350 - 400° Fahrenheit.
